Billing in mainland China

Pay invoices with Alipay, WeChat Pay, UnionPay, or an approved bank transfer.

Mainland China businesses can pay Solarius invoices with Alipay, WeChat Pay, UnionPay, or an approved international bank transfer. Invoices are issued in USD; wallet checkout shows the CNY amount before payment.

Pay an invoice

  1. In Console, open Organization Settings → Billing → Invoices → Invoice → Pay invoice.
  2. Choose Alipay, WeChat Pay, or Card for UnionPay. For a wallet, review the CNY quote and its expiry before continuing.
  3. Complete the wallet login or QR-code payment in the provider's app. For UnionPay, complete any issuer verification.
  4. Return to Console. Confirm the invoice is Paid, its balance is zero, and the payment reference appears. Download the receipt from the payment entry.

An expired wallet quote requires a new checkout. If the wallet shows success while Console shows Pending, send billing the invoice and provider reference before paying again.

Renewals

Alipay and WeChat Pay require approval for each invoice in this payment flow. They are not saved for automatic renewal collection. Keep a monitored billing contact and pay each renewal invoice by its due date. Annual subscriptions require one software renewal payment per year; metered resources still generate monthly invoices.

For bank transfers, use the beneficiary, currency, and invoice reference in Invoice → Payment instructions. Arrange approval before sending funds; see bank transfers.

Company details and refunds

Record the company's legal name, billing address, and Unified Social Credit Code under Billing → Details. If procurement requires a fapiao or a particular tax document, ask billing to confirm the document and issuing entity before purchase.

Request refunds through billing support. For Stripe payments, refund submission windows are 90 days for Alipay and 180 days for WeChat Pay; Solarius's refund policy determines eligibility. The payment record identifies the original currency and refund reference.
