Bank transfers and direct debit
Arrange invoice terms, send a transfer, or authorize bank collection.
Bank transfers are sent by the customer; direct debit authorizes recurring collection. Manage both under Organization Settings → Billing in Console.
Invoice terms
Manual invoicing requires billing approval and a minimum subtotal of 100 in the invoice currency. The standard approved term is Net 14 calendar days from issue. Net 30 requires written approval and at least $1,200 in annual software spend.
Request terms through billing support before purchase. After approval, check Billing → Details → Payment terms and the invoice's due date. Signed agreements can specify other terms. Solarius adds no manual-invoice administration fee.
Send a transfer
Open Billing → Invoices → Invoice → Payment instructions. Use the stated beneficiary, currency, rail, and invoice reference. EUR transfers use SEPA credit; GBP and USD transfers use the local or wire instructions shown. Cover bank and intermediary fees so the full balance arrives.
After sending, select Invoice → Report transfer and enter the reference, date, and amount. Transfer reported confirms the report; settlement is complete when the invoice shows Paid, a zero balance, and a Settled payment record. Short receipts remain Partially paid.
For an unmatched transfer, contact billing with its reference before sending another payment.
Authorize direct debit
Select Billing → Payment Methods → Add payment method. SEPA requires an accepted mandate; approved ACH requires bank verification and debit authorization. Confirm Active or Verified before making the method the default.
Wait for a Payment pending result to settle or fail before starting another collection. Failed debits follow payment recovery.
For an invoice error, contact billing before requesting a bank reversal. See chargebacks and reversals for the dispute process.
