Invoice currencies
Choose an invoice currency and review conversion charges.
Solarius prices are listed in USD. Invoices can be issued in USD, EUR, or GBP. Select the invoice currency under Organization Settings → Billing → Currency in Console.
Conversion
Billing → Pricing → Currency conversion shows the monthly conversion factor. It is published before the month starts, fixed for that calendar month, and includes no additional Solarius FX markup.
Software and packages use the factor for their invoice month. An annual charge is converted once for the prepaid term. Infra usage uses the factor for its usage month. Amounts are rounded to invoice-currency cents after conversion.
Mainland China wallet payments use a CNY checkout quote against the invoice. Review the quoted amount and expiry before paying. CNY checkout does not change the invoice's currency.
Your bank or card issuer can apply its own conversion and fees. Refunds follow the original payment's currency and route; the payment record shows the returned amount and reference.
Change invoice currency
Open Billing → Currency → Request currency change. Choose the new currency and review the effective date, active terms, unpaid invoices, and credit balances. Confirm that the request shows Scheduled with the accepted date.
Changes apply at an aligned renewal. Mixed terms and signed commitments require billing approval. Issued invoices and existing credits keep their recorded currency. Check the first new-currency invoice against the scheduled change.
