Status capacity packs
Increase monitor, public-page, and notification email limits.
Status includes 50 monitors, 2 public pages, and 1,000 notification emails per calendar month in one organization.
| Pack | Adds | Monthly |
|---|---|---|
| Monitor | 50 monitors | $3 |
| Public page | 3 public pages | $2 |
| 10,000 deliveries/calendar month | $3 |
Prices are USD before tax; annual packs cost 10 monthly payments. An organization with 80 monitors and 3 pages needs one Monitor pack and one Public page pack, adding $5/month.
Follow package activation, then check Status's Settings → Organization → Plan and usage for the increased limits.
Capacity counts
Active and paused monitors count. Recycle-bin monitors do not; restoration requires a free slot. Draft public pages count toward page capacity. Creating a monitor or page above the purchased limit is rejected.
One email accepted by the mail relay for one recipient consumes one delivery. Sending an incident update to 200 recipients uses 200 deliveries. Password recovery, verification, billing, and security messages are excluded.
At the email limit, Status records Email quota exceeded. Checks, public pages, webhooks, and push notifications continue. After purchasing capacity, review failed deliveries in the notification center. If recipients still need the failed update, send it again; failed messages are not replayed automatically.
Reduce capacity
Open Organization Settings → Billing → Packages → Pack → Change quantity in Console. Reductions apply at renewal. Monitor or page reductions below the counted objects are blocked.
Email reductions keep the current month's consumed units. If the reduced allowance is exhausted, email pauses until the calendar-month reset. Allowances do not carry forward.
