Legal and policies

The consolidated Solarius policies for service terms, security and bounties, acceptable use, privacy, payments, intellectual property, and safety.

Last revised: October 23, 2026

The instruments listed here establish Solarius B.V.'s common contractual terms, processing notices, and reporting procedures within their respective scope. Product-specific agreements, DPAs, component licenses, and mandatory rights retain precedence. A contractual policy applies through valid incorporation and acceptance; a privacy or Cookie notice does not itself constitute consent or expand data-use rights. A revision date identifies the text, while the acceptance record and valid amendment notices determine contractual effect.

Choose a policy

Choose the policy that governs the request or service activity:

PolicyWhat it covers
General Terms of ServiceBusiness access, confidentiality, integrations, provider responsibility, termination, and notices
Security, Disclosure and Bug BountyReports, written testing scope, prohibited methods, ineligible findings, awards, disclosure, updates, and incident notices
Acceptable Use, Reporting and AppealsService use, community conduct, misuse reports, enforcement, reasons, and human review
Privacy and Data ProtectionInformation, purposes, roles, providers, transfers, rights, account deletion, business closure, and retained copies
Cookies and Browser StorageShared-service identifiers, lifetimes, preferences, consent, and product schedules
Billing, Cancellation and RefundsRenewal, continuing resources, cancellation, corrections, credits, refunds, and chargebacks
Intellectual Property and Software LicensesCopyright notices and counter-notices, brands, open-source rights, contributions, and lawful forks
Government RequestsVerified authority, minimum disclosure, preservation, challenges, emergencies, and customer notice

Security reports are open to all. Active testing requires written asset and method permission, and paid research requires confirmed award terms. A company-wide policy grants no wildcard access to customer or third-party systems. Research exclusions identify reports that do not qualify as submitted.

Product agreements and precedence

Infra, Guard, and Status retain their product terms, privacy and Cookie notices, DPAs, retention schedules, billing rules, and service commitments. Guard customer assessments also require their own approved engagement. Supplied components, including Onset, remain subject to their actual license and distribution notices.

Mandatory law and binding transfer clauses prevail. Accepted express precedence controls other conflicts; otherwise the applicable DPA governs processing, followed by the negotiated agreement, expressly varied order, product terms, and general business terms. This directory creates no new universal price, age limit, support period, availability promise, or liability cap and does not silently amend an executed contract.

Request actual provider registers, processing schedules, safeguards, and available assurance through security and compliance review. A region setting does not locate every data category, and a template does not complete a transfer agreement.
