Security and compliance review
Prepare business security reviews, data-processing questions, and agreement requests.
A security review establishes whether the selected Solarius products and deployment model meet your business's requirements. Send requests through support or your account contact and involve your security and legal teams.
Prepare the review scope
Provide the legal business name, organization identifier, products, hosted or self-hosted deployment, data categories, expected regions, and intended use. Include required documents, questionnaires, procurement deadlines, and the person authorized to review restricted material.
Ask for the current evidence relevant to that scope. Check the report or certification's covered entity, systems, and reporting period against your requirements.
Data-processing agreements
Request the DPA, applicable transfer terms, subprocessor information, and data-handling documentation needed for the purchase. State which business is the customer and the processing activity being reviewed. Send contract questions to legal@solarius.me.
Review retention and residency for primary data, backups, logs, financial records, and external integrations. The selected workload region alone does not establish the location of every data category.
Operational controls
Plan organization policies, access reviews, audit exports, and offboarding. Use product-specific guides to verify technical controls in the actual deployment.
For a suspected vulnerability, use security reporting. For an operational incident, use support with affected services and business impact.
