Review organization access
Review administrators, finance users, product permissions, and third-party access.
An access review checks whether each person and integration still needs its assigned access. An owner or administrator coordinates the review for the selected organization in Console.
Review the current assignments
Open Organization Settings → Members. Compare current members and pending invitations with the business's employee and contractor records. Record the reviewer, review date, and the organization identifier in your internal review record. Review each assignment for continuing business need:
| Assignment | Review question |
|---|---|
| Owner and administrators | Who is responsible, and is backup administration available? |
| Billing access | Which finance users need protected billing information? |
| Members and viewers | Does the current project or business relationship still require access? |
| Pending invitations | Is the recipient and proposed role still correct? |
| Company-managed users | Do identity-provider assignments match the intended Solarius membership? |
| Product credentials and integrations | Who owns the automation and approves its scope? |
Ask product administrators to review narrower resource permissions and machine credentials using their product guides. Ask account holders to review connected applications.
Apply and record decisions
Use member settings to adjust roles and revoke obsolete invitations. Follow offboarding for departures and ownership transfer for owner changes.
Reopen affected records after changes and inspect audit activity. Record remaining exceptions with an accountable business owner and the next review date. If a revoked user still appears to have access, preserve the observation and contact support with the relevant scope and time.
