Guard legal and policies

Guard contracts, privacy, processing, retention, billing, security, and service policies.

Last revised: October 23, 2026

The instruments listed here apply to Guard, supplied by Solarius B.V., within their stated hosted, self-hosted, or connected service scope. Contractual effect depends on valid incorporation, acceptance, and amendment under the applicable agreement and mandatory law. Privacy and Cookie notices describe processing and choices; they are not blanket consent or an independent expansion of contractual data-use rights. A revision date identifies the text and does not establish acceptance or amend an executed contract.

Common Solarius policies

The general policy directory supplies common service, safety, data, IP, and legal-request rules. Security disclosure and bounties share one reporting and authorization framework across products. Actual provider registers and transfer schedules are supplied through the DPA; a feature, region setting, or template does not establish a complete processing arrangement.

Use help@solarius.me for support, billing, misuse, or ordinary review; bugs@solarius.me for vulnerabilities and research scope; dpo@solarius.me for privacy and provider information; and legal@solarius.me for contracts and notices. Authorities use lawenforcement@solarius.me. The contracting address and identifiers are provided in the accepted order and legal record. Ordinary email is not an emergency service.
