Guard capacity packs

Increase endpoint, protected-service, and evidence limits.

Guard includes 20 enrolled endpoints, 2 protected-service slots, and 20 GiB of raw evidence capacity per organization. A signed agreement can specify other allowances.

PackAddsMonthly
Endpoint10 endpoints$5
Protected service1 service slot$3
Evidence100 GiB raw evidence$4

Prices are USD before tax; annual packs cost 10 monthly payments. For 35 endpoints, two Endpoint packs provide 40 slots for $10/month above the subscription.

Follow package activation, then open Guard's Organization → Billing → Usage → Capacity to confirm the increased limit.

Counted capacity

Enrolled endpoints count while offline. Retiring an endpoint releases its slot. Disabled protected services count until decommissioned.

Raw evidence capacity includes held artifacts and counts stored bytes after deduplication. Metadata and event logs use their separate retention policies. Hosted evidence storage is included within the purchased allowance; self-hosted installations supply their own storage and backups.

Limits and reductions

Guard rejects new enrollment or service admission above capacity. Evidence collection that exceeds retained capacity fails with Evidence capacity exceeded; collected evidence remains available. Purchase capacity or remove eligible data through retention controls.

To reduce a pack, open Billing → Packages → Pack → Change quantity in Console. A reduction below current enrollment, service count, or retained evidence is blocked. Complete eligible retirement or deletion, check the updated usage count, and review again.

Service slots and bandwidth are separate limits. Inspect Service → Protection capacity for admitted bandwidth and protocols.
