These examples use USD prices before tax and Standard support. The Business Suite estimates use 5 members in each product and an estimated 730 hours of hosted resources.
Business Suite with hosted infrastructure
The organization runs two private s-2-4 droplets, a redundant load balancer, 60 GiB of replicated root storage, and 30 GiB of managed backups. Its 200 GiB internet outbound fits the included 1,024 GiB allowance.

Annual software
The same five-member Business Suite costs $3,238.50/year, paid in advance. Resource usage stays monthly: the first estimated resource period adds $28.58, for $3,267.08 across those charges before tax.
Adding annual Priority Support costs another $290/year. The software prepayment becomes $3,528.50, and the first resource period brings the combined amount to $3,557.08.

Mid-term seat increase
An extra Infra seat with 15 of 30 days remaining costs $29 × 15 / 30 = $14.50. A 10% bundle discount reduces that software charge to $13.05 before tax. This example assumes equally timed days; actual proration uses the term's remaining and total UTC seconds.
