Product bundles
Discounts for organizations using several Solarius products.
Bundles give an organization a discount on product base and member-seat charges. Prices are USD before tax.

Each product has its own seat quantity. Hosted resources, support upgrades, optional packages, and professional services are billed separately. A bundle discount cannot be combined with another promotion on the same charge.
For 5 members in each product, Business Suite costs ($244 + $124 + $13) × 85% = $323.85/month, or $3,238.50/year. See bill examples for a complete estimate with hosted resources.
Activate a bundle
- In Console, open Organization Settings → Billing → Bundles → Compare bundles.
- Select the bundle and check each product's seat quantity and billing interval.
- Review the discount, remaining-term credits, immediate charge, and renewal total.
- Select Confirm bundle. Open Billing → Subscriptions and check that the participating products show the discount.
Participating subscriptions need the same currency, interval, and renewal date. The review itemizes any charges or credits needed to align them. Contract-managed changes require billing approval.
Change or cancel
Open Billing → Bundles → Bundle → Change bundle to schedule a change at renewal. Two remaining products receive 10% off; one receives no bundle discount. Review the next-term total before confirming.
Canceling a bundle ends its discount at renewal. To end a product subscription as well, follow subscription cancellation.
