Audit Archive
Extend general organization audit history to 365 days.
Audit Archive extends Console organization audit history from 90 to 365 days for $5/month or $50/year. It includes 100,000 new events per calendar month. Prices are USD before tax.
The archive covers organization access, membership, security settings, and billing administration. Product audit logs follow their own retention policies.
Enable the archive
Follow package activation. An audit administrator then opens Organization Settings → Security → Audit Logs → Archive in Console and checks for Collecting, its start time, and the intake allowance.
Events still within ordinary 90-day history are backfilled without consuming the new-event allowance. Queries and CSV or JSON exports have no per-request charge.
Intake limits
At the limit, Archive → Usage shows Intake limit reached and identifies coverage gaps. New events continue in ordinary 90-day history while archive intake pauses. Administrative actions continue.
An Archive event pack adds 100,000 events/calendar month for $2/month or $20/year. After purchase, select Archive → Backfill gap. The preview checks that the records are still available and fit the expanded allowance for their original month.
Standard pack purchases cannot enlarge a closed prior month. Export its ordinary records before expiry or contact support about an archive import.
Cancel
Use Billing → Packages → Audit Archive → Cancel renewal. Archive intake ends on the confirmed paid end date. Archived records remain exportable for 30 days before cleanup; ordinary 90-day history continues.
Before that window ends, select Archive → Export, wait for Ready, and download the file. Arrange any required preservation hold through support before canceling.
