Billing in the United States
Set up USD payments, ACH authorization, and tax-exemption records.
U.S. businesses use USD invoices. Enter the legal payer, billing address, state, and ZIP code under Organization Settings → Billing → Details in Console.
Cards and ACH
Add a card under Billing → Payment Methods and complete issuer verification.
For approved ACH debit, select Add payment method → ACH debit, verify the bank account, and accept the debit authorization. Wait for Verified before selecting Set as default. An invoice is settled when it shows Paid with a zero balance.
Manual ACH-credit or wire payments require invoice-term approval. Use the rail stated on the invoice.
Tax records
The purchase review shows the assessed jurisdiction, tax rate, and amount. An EIN identifies the business; it is not a state sales-tax exemption certificate.
Submit exemption evidence through Billing → Details → Tax information → Submit document. Include the state, legal holder, and validity dates. An Approved record applies to its recorded scope; pending review does not change an issued invoice.
Procurement
Add a PO number under Billing → Details → Invoice references before issuance. Requested payment terms take effect after billing approval. For wrong payer, tax, or reference information, request an invoice correction.
