Control your data
Manage personal information, business data, application access, and exports.
Solarius data management has separate personal and organization scopes. Start in Console and identify which scope owns the information before requesting a change or export.
Choose the correct action
Choose a procedure based on the information or access you need to manage:
| Data or access | Starting point | Guide |
|---|---|---|
| Personal profile and sign-in details | Account settings | Account profile |
| Signed-in devices | Account settings → Security → Sessions | Sessions |
| Personal application authorizations | Account settings → Connected Apps | Connected applications |
| Business contact and tax details | Organization Settings → Billing → Details | Billing details |
| Organization activity | Organization Settings → Security → Audit Logs | Audit logs |
| Data held in a product | The product's resource and export views | Product documentation |
| A personal-data access or rights request | Contact the privacy team | Request your data |
Personal and business authority
A colleague's right to manage their profile does not grant permission to export the business's entire dataset. As an organization owner, approve business exports through the relevant product's access controls.
Revoking a session or application authorization changes future access. It does not recall data already downloaded by a user or copied to another provider. Include exported copies and external providers in the business's retention process.
Deletion and retention
Follow account deletion for a person's login and organization closure for a business workspace. Review retention and residency before requesting deletion of records needed for finance, investigations, or contractual obligations.
