Recover account access

Recover from forgotten passwords, missing verification emails, and lost MFA devices.

Account recovery restores your ability to authenticate to Solarius. Start at Console and follow the recovery options in its Identity sign-in flow.

Forgotten password or missing email

Use the password recovery option for the account's email address. Check spam, quarantine, and company mail filtering. Ask IT to check delivery if other Solarius messages are also missing. Request a fresh link if the previous one expired, and use the newest message.

If your business uses an external identity provider, follow your company's recovery process. A Solarius password reset does not reset a password held by that provider.

Lost MFA factor

Use another enrolled factor or a recovery code if the sign-in flow offers it. For authenticator codes that fail, enable automatic time on the authenticator device and try a fresh code.

If you cannot complete any offered method, contact support from a reachable address. Include the account email, organization identifier, the sign-in step that fails, and whether an administrator can still access the organization. Support will explain the verification required for the request. Do not send passwords, MFA setup secrets, or recovery codes.

Owner unavailable

An administrator can review your organization membership, but membership administration is separate from recovery of your personal login. If the organization owner has left the business or cannot be reached, follow ownership recovery.

After recovery

Confirm you can sign in to Console and select the expected organization. Review sessions, MFA factors, and connected applications. Ask an administrator to investigate unexpected organization changes through audit logs.
