Guard pricing
Organization subscriptions, member seats, support, and protection capacity.
Guard costs $49/month per organization plus $15/member/month. Annual billing is $490 per organization plus $150/member, paid in advance. Prices are USD before tax.
Subscriptions support 1–500 member seats. Service accounts and agent identities do not consume member seats.

Support response targets are separate from SOC coverage, containment, and service restoration.
Complete subscription examples
Five members with Standard support cost $49 + 5 × $15 = $124 per month, or $490 + 5 × $150 = $1,240 per year.
Ten members with Premium support cost $49 + 10 × $15 + $79 = $278 per month, or $490 + 10 × $150 + $790 = $2,780 per year.
Twenty members with Enterprise support cost $49 + 20 × $15 + $199 = $548 per month, or $490 + 20 × $150 + $1,990 = $5,480 per year.
Coverage and additional costs
The subscription includes 20 enrolled endpoints, 2 protected-service slots, and 20 GiB of raw evidence capacity. Signed agreements can specify other allowances. Add capacity through Guard packs.
Open Organization → Billing → Usage → Capacity to inspect limits and consumption. New admission or evidence collection above capacity is rejected. Use retention controls to remove eligible evidence or purchase capacity.
A protected service's Protection capacity panel lists admitted bandwidth and protocols. Mitigated attack bytes and attack counts incur no additional Guard charge. Hosted Infra resources, external hosting and transit, independent backups, and professional testing have separate costs.
Changes and cancellation
Use Console subscription settings to change seats and package settings to change capacity. The review shows the effective date, adjustment, and renewal total.
Before cancellation, arrange replacement protection and export required evidence. Follow product retirement procedures to remove agents and protected routes.
