Status pricing
Subscription prices, included capacity, and optional additions.
Status costs $9/month per organization, including three member seats. Each additional seat costs $2/month. Annual billing is $90 plus $20/additional member, paid in advance. Prices are USD before tax.
Five members cost $13/month or $130/year. Finance-only users, service accounts, and public page subscribers do not consume member seats.
Included capacity
The subscription includes 50 monitors, 2 public status pages, 1,000 notification emails/calendar month, and Standard support. Hosted Status includes shared product hosting. Self-hosted installations supply their own infrastructure and backups.
Product APIs, automation, on-call schedules, incident management, and custom-domain public pages are included. Raw monitor results have a 365-day default retention.
Capacity packs add monitors, pages, or email allowance. For example, 80 monitors and 3 pages require one Monitor pack and one Public page pack, adding $5/month. Priority Support is available separately.
Manage the subscription
Open Organization Settings → Billing → Subscriptions → Status in Console for purchased seats. In Status, Settings → Organization → Plan and usage shows assigned users and capacity.
Follow seat changes or package changes to adjust quantities. Reductions below counted objects are blocked. Cloud over-limit states follow the read-only entitlement policy.
Use cancellation to stop renewal. Organizations also using Infra or Guard can apply a bundle discount.
