Monitor-result retention
Configure and apply monitor-result retention periods.
Each organization chooses how long raw monitor check results are kept, from 30 through 3,650 days, in Settings → Organization. The default is 365 days. Retention changes are audited alongside the organization's other settings.
Retention limits the oldest check detail available in Analytics, monitor result history, and status-page charts. It does not remove monitor configuration, current state, incidents, or maintenance records.
A recurring cleanup job removes expired results in bounded batches. The deployment administrator schedules it—see Self-hosting.
