Analytics

Availability, response-time, and incident reports with exports.

Analytics reports availability, latency, and incident data from stored results. Open Analytics and choose a date range. Monitor and region filters apply to the report and its exports.

Views

  • Overview summarizes uptime, error budget, response time, failed checks, incidents, and downtime against the preceding period.
  • Latency shows average, P50/P95/P99 distribution, trends, outliers, and monitor comparisons.
  • Availability shows uptime trends, check volume, failure categories, calendar heatmaps, and monitor contribution.
  • Incidents summarizes frequency, duration, MTTD, MTTR, and severity.
  • Regions compares regional and IPv4/IPv6 availability and latency.

Common ranges are quick selections; custom ranges are bounded and validated. An empty range means Status recorded no applicable checks, not 100% uptime. Leading and trailing gaps are not drawn as artificial outages, while check volume remains the source of truth for coverage.

Export and schedule reports

Use Export to download CSV or JSON of the current report, applying the same scope and filters as the visible page. Exports include separate automatic/legacy, IPv4, and IPv6 measurements where available.

Use Export → Scheduled reports… to email recurring analytics reports. Choose recipients, cadence, local hour, timezone, range, format, and monitor scope. A working instance mail relay is required. See Scheduled reports.

Data and retention

Analytics is based on raw monitor-result history. The organization's retention period therefore limits the oldest queryable detail. Public status-component charts use their own page-scoped view and must not be treated as a full analytics export. See Data retention and Status pages.
