Infra pricing

Infra pricing

Subscription, support, cloud billing rules, included services, and price references.

Infra charges an organization subscription and, when used, separately metered Solarius-hosted resources. Managing hardware you own does not create a hosted compute charge for each local node or droplet.

Open Organization → Billing → Pricing for the applicable rate card and Organization → Usage for current metering. Creation and resize reviews show estimated resource charges before submission. All rates in this reference are in USD before taxes and use the standard public rate card; an explicitly accepted agreement can provide different rates.

Subscription and support

The organization base is $99/month, plus $29 per member seat/month. The selector supports 1–500 seats. Five seats with Standard support cost $244/month before hosted resource usage. Service accounts do not consume member seats.

Annual billing is $990/year for the base and $290/seat/year. Five seats therefore cost $2,440/year. Annual amounts are prepaid and equivalent to ten monthly payments; annual subscription billing does not prepay metered cloud usage.

Support additions have these rates and initial-response targets:

SupportMonthly additionAnnual additionResponse coverage
Standard$0$0Standard support queue
Premium$199$1,990Dedicated support; 1-hour response target
Enterprise$499$4,99024/7 on-call; 15-minute response target

Response coverage concerns the support agreement. It is not a claim that every workload has the same availability or recovery time. The Infra product page contains the subscription and support selector.

Combined products and optional packages

Bundle discounts apply to eligible software base and member-seat charges. Hosted resources and optional packages are billed separately. See product pricing for Infra, Guard, and Status subscriptions.

Choose the resource price reference

  • Droplets and dedicated hardware lists shared, dedicated, memory, CPU, GPU, and physical host configurations, plus spot and commitments.
  • Storage and network services lists volumes, recovery copies, buckets, traffic, public addresses, gateways, balancers, DNS, and retained operational data.
  • Worked estimates shows complete bills with persistent storage, backups, subscription, and included transfer.

Metering and rounding

Compute is billed per running second with a 60-second minimum for each new allocation. A normal guest reboot within the same allocation does not create another minimum. Hourly values in display tables are rounded for readability; the exact rate for a monthly-priced size is its listed monthly amount divided by 730.

A 730-hour month is an estimate, not a maximum invoice. Actual calendar-month running time and resource changes determine usage. Usage lines retain precision and round to cents after aggregation, rather than rounding each second or request up to a cent.

Capacity retained while a guest is stopped has its own meter. Persistent volumes, reserved public addresses, retained images, backups, and contract commitments can continue billing. A successfully stopped droplet has no ordinary running compute charge. An unresolved stop remains governed by actual observed execution.

Included functionality

The subscription includes console and API access, local fleet management, SSO, RBAC, security-key policy, automation, audit functionality, and standard Connector integration. There is no per-API-call, per-migration, per-automation-rule, or per-backup-job orchestration fee.

Standard edge DDoS protection, private traffic within a region, managed encryption, certificate installation, and the first assigned public IPv4 for a running droplet are included. Storage retained by these workflows and traffic leaving a region remain governed by their explicit service meters.

Self-hosted and hybrid installations

Owned capacity is covered by the subscription. Your hardware, power, carriers, external storage providers, and identity or secret-manager services have their own costs outside the Infra rate card. A Connector adds no separate connection fee; resources created in hosted regions use hosted rates.

Keep internal allocation rates for owned hardware distinct from actual Solarius charges. See usage and billing, spend caps, and retained resources.
