Infra billing and cancellation policy
Subscriptions, product meters, renewal, price changes, cancellation, errors, refunds, and disputes for Infra.
Last revised: October 23, 2026
This Billing and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") is incorporated into the accepted Infra agreement to the extent specified in the Terms of Service. The accepted order or purchase confirmation establishes the service term, quantities, currency, rates, commitments, and payment due date. A negotiated agreement prevails to the extent it validly specifies different commercial terms. The pricing reference states standard rates subject to any accepted fixed rate. This Policy does not independently authorize a purchase or recurring charge.
Product charges and included capacity
The subscription and support rates define monthly and annual base charges, member-seat charges, and support additions. Service accounts do not consume member seats. Standard support is included.
Solarius-hosted compute, storage, network services, retained copies, and reservations have separate published meters. Owned hardware does not incur a hosted compute charge merely because Infra manages it. Standard Connector integration has no separate connection fee. Annual subscription prepayment does not prepay cloud usage.
Compute is measured per running second with a 60-second minimum for each new allocation. The 730-hour monthly figure is an estimate, not a calendar-month cap. Usage lines retain precision and round after aggregation. Stopped droplets cease ordinary running compute charges once stopping is confirmed, but retained volumes, reserved addresses, images, backups, and commitments can continue billing. An unresolved stop requires observed-state reconciliation. Follow metering rules and resource rates.
Purchase review, payment, and usage
Before a paid purchase or change is accepted, the review identifies the immediate amount, recurring amount, effective date, included allowance, applicable taxes, and any noncancellable commitment. Customer authorizes collection only through a valid payment mandate or invoicing arrangement accepted for the applicable order. Customer shall maintain accurate payer and tax information and pay valid charges when due. Solarius shall issue billing records identifying the applicable period and charge basis; authorization of payment does not waive Customer's right to dispute an incorrect or unauthorized charge.
A usage estimate, budget notification, or dashboard threshold is not a spending cap. Enforced admission limits have their own documented scope and do not necessarily stop continuing storage, reservations, or work already executing. Solarius does not charge twice for an inclusion represented by multiple views. If a meter or allowance changes, the change must be disclosed before the affected purchase or future consumption.
Renewal and changes
Recurring subscriptions renew for their disclosed monthly or annual term unless cancelled before the recorded renewal time. There is no additional general cancellation notice period for a self-service subscription; a separately negotiated minimum commitment must be explicitly accepted. The review of a seat or package change states whether it is immediate, prorated, or scheduled for renewal. Adding a seat does not automatically change every product or external contract.
Solarius provides at least 30 days' direct notice of a recurring price increase before renewal and a reasonable opportunity to decline renewal. If notice would otherwise arrive too late, the old recurring price continues for that renewal unless you accept the new price. Variable resource-rate changes follow the Terms and apply only to future consumption. Annual subscription prepayment does not include separate resource usage.
A trial shall convert to a paid service only pursuant to an accepted paid purchase or an express conversion authorization specifying the applicable price and conversion date. Trial data follows its disclosed expiry; do not rely on an expired trial for continued operation.
How to cancel
In Console, select the organization and open Organization Settings → Billing → Subscriptions → Infra → Cancel subscription. Review the affected product, effective date, remaining commitments, and resource consequences, then confirm. Verify the subscription shows a scheduled cancellation or ended state and retain the confirmation. The general cancellation guide describes the workflow.
If an authorized contact cannot use Console, email help@solarius.me before renewal with the organization and subscription reference. Solarius verifies authority and honors a clearly communicated timely cancellation; a support-processing delay does not create another renewal. Contract-managed services follow the accepted notice method, which must remain reasonably accessible. Removing a payment card, uninstalling an agent, deleting a user, or abandoning a project does not itself cancel the organization's agreement.
Cancellation ordinarily stops renewal and leaves access through the paid term. It does not automatically delete customer data or independently retained billable resources. Immediate closure can shorten export and recovery windows and requires a separate explicit instruction. Arrange the product transition described in retention and deletion.
Refunds, credits, and cancelled work
Unused time, unused seats, a changed business plan, and voluntary cancellation do not automatically qualify for a cash refund during an accepted fixed term. Consumed metered resources and expressly accepted noncancellable reservations or professional work remain payable. Solarius shall correct verified duplicate charges, calculation errors, and charges for service not supplied under the agreement. Applicable statutory withdrawal, refund, and cancellation rights remain intact.
The Terms provide a prorated refund of prepaid unused affected subscription fees when you validly terminate for Solarius's uncured material breach, Solarius ends service for convenience during the paid term, or a covered material reduction or unresolved subprocessor issue triggers that remedy. An applicable SLA can provide a defined service credit. The same loss is not reimbursed twice, but a credit does not waive unrelated or mandatory rights.
A refund returns the approved amount through the original payment route when feasible; otherwise Solarius agrees a lawful verified alternative. A credit shall be applied to the relevant invoice or account balance and identified as such; it shall not be represented as a completed cash repayment. Neither an administrative credit nor a partial correction constitutes a release or settlement of another claim without a valid agreement to that effect. Solarius confirms the amount, currency, reference, and expected payment-provider processing. Professional testing or implementation cancellation fees must be stated in the accepted engagement; this policy creates none by default.
Disputes and payment recovery
Send help@solarius.me the invoice and payment reference, disputed lines, reason, and requested correction. Reporting within 30 days helps preserve evidence, but that administrative target does not waive a valid statutory or contractual claim. Pay undisputed amounts when due. Solarius does not suspend solely because of a promptly raised, reasonable, good-faith disputed portion while both sides cooperate in resolving it.
For a valid overdue undisputed balance, Solarius normally gives a payment notice and at least ten days to remedy before a restriction. Solarius states the amount, affected service, remedy, and effect. Suspected fraud or an unauthorized payment can require immediate protective action. Any interest or collection cost must be legally recoverable and disclosed under the accepted arrangement; Solarius does not impose an arbitrary dispute or chargeback penalty.
Nothing in this Policy restricts a statutory or payment-provider dispute right or requires prior contact with Solarius before an urgent fraud report. Any recovery of a disputed balance remains subject to proof of the underlying lawful payment obligation. Tell Solarius about an open chargeback so Solarius does not issue duplicate reimbursement. Solarius uses only necessary billing and service evidence to respond and does not retaliate for a legitimate claim. Product-specific suspension protections in the Terms remain applicable.
