Lists authorized events still retained in the 7-day transport journal.

Authorization is evaluated at read time. Event data can be redacted after a grant reduction; full removal suppresses visibility. Events are observations, not proof of native action completion.

Returns a retained event under present authorization.

An expired journal reference returns 410 event_expired. An inaccessible reference returns 404. Re-read current resources before making a dependent change.
